DATE: Monday, February 5th, 2024
TIME: Doors Open / ACTION Hour - 6PM. Meeting starts promptly at 7PM.
NEW LOCATION: Mauldin First Baptist Church, 150 S. Main St, Mauldin, SC 29662.
As usual, we will enjoy a speaker presentation while our credentialing team prepares the Credentialing Report as required for voting. The topic will be South Carolina JUDICIAL REFORM and this is a presentation you do not want to miss. Invite all your friends!!! We will move to the business part of the meeting following the speakers' presentation.
Please review the attached minutes from October 2nd, 2023, that the body will be asked to approve. We also have three sets of old minutes (October 2022 & January 2023) for approval. We appreciate everyone's feedback (some included in the minutes for the EC Body to review).
SAVE THE DATE: Thursday February 8th Special Meeting!!! Although the 2024 Budget was unanimously approved by the 9 members of the GCRP Executive Board, in order to address certain members expressed desire for additional time to review and ask questions about the 2024 GCRP Budget, we will have a Special Meeting on Thursday February 8th for questions and a vote for approval. Attendance will be live or via Zoom as a convenience for our EC Body. This decision to delay and hold a Special Meeting was passed by a UNANIMOUS vote of the 9 members of the GCRP Executive Board.
