In follow-up to the September 14th GCRP Special Meeting, I wanted to make sure everyone had all the information requested from that meeting. You can find all of this information in much great detail on our GCRP Website (HERE).

#4. Access to HQ Location: The forth and final motion passed on September 14th had to do with access to the GCRP HQ building. Make no mistake that all members are welcome so long as they maintain decorum as the amended motion requires.

In regards to the history of this motion, there are 4 GCRP members that currently do not have access to HQ (none of whom have donated to the GCRP), and the issue has nothing to do with the GCRP. A "No Trespass" was issued in June to our landlord (Jeff Davis) by a GCRP member (starting this whole issue), and a corresponding "No Trespass" was sent in return to said member. Three other members received notices after failing to maintain decorum at the building.

Again, resolution of this matter has nothing to do with the GCRP, and is a personal matter between the parties.
