Dear South Carolina Patriots,
As most of you know, our main personal cause (and what got use involved in this quagmire of politics) is School Choice for K-12 kids with special needs. South Carolina literally has the nation's worst rated private school choice program ... and the reason we have been exposing for nearly 10 years now the "monied special interest" (like ClassWallet) being pushed by folks like Ellen Weaver, Jim DeMint, Palmetto Promise Institute ... and Drew McKissick with the SCGOP.
And as you all know, the 100% government-run Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) being pushed by the monied special interest were once again ... actually for the third time ... found UNCONSTITUTIONAL by the SC Supreme Court. (mySCGOP.news, 9/11/2024 - HERE).
But last month it was also revealed that the South Carolina school choice "expert" being paraded around our state by the likes of Ellen Weaver, Jim DeMint & Drew McKissick was not so long ago a GAY PORN ACTOR!!! (See HERE, HERE & HERE.)
Corey DeAngelis ... aka "Seth Rose" in the gay porn world ... has now been FIRED by the American Federation for Children (who endorsed Drew McKissick in the 2023 SCGOP Chairman's Race - presumably with Corey DeAngelis' recommendation) ... and you can't find even a mention of him on the AFC website (HERE) ... but the damage is done here in South Carolina and to SC kids.
2,880 ESA kids lost their funding last month ... thanks Corey & Ellen ... thanks for nothing!!! And remember, the only solution with the to fix this mess is "real" School choice with the PACE / ACE Scholarship Bill (S285).
